Pro uses PSSR2 to render at 4K and runs at up to 120fps. This is in line with other Milestone titles like Screamer/MotoGP 26, which are usually around 100fps in gameplay. Hot Wheels is also the first Milestone title to use PSSR2, which is a welcome change. The aforementioned titles had mediocre IQ due to a low internal res that was upscaled via TSR (flickering, breakup, artifacts, etc). Even if HW still has a low internal res, superior PSSR2 upscaling will resolve a sharper, cleaner, and more stable image than previous Milestone titles. Finally. Base PS5 continues to use TSR upscaling with a capped 60fps (like Screamer).
